Vista15P 20P - Why don't I see any info displayed on my keypad?

- To address the keypad, unplug the systems ac transformer and disconnect the back up battery.
- Wait 15 seconds then reconnect the battery and plug in the ac transformer.
- Press and hold the 1 and 3 keys down for 3 seconds or until the keypad beeps then press 16 * * *
- This sets the keypad address to 16.
- For any other keypads, other than the TouchCenter model, set the address as 17, 18 and or 19.
- For the TouchCentermodels use ECP address 1 for the first touch screen The second touchscreen if usedwould be 2
