VA6000S - How do I use the dry contacts on the bottom of the Receiver/Speaker to activate an external device?

There are four "C" relays (aka terminal outputs) on the bottom of the VA-6000S Base Unit. When a Sensor is triggered, you have the option of activating an external device hooked up to one of these dry contacts (in addition to playing the message alert).
