Vista15P 20P - Why can't I access programming using 4112800?

A. The Installers code may have been changed from 4112 to an unknown code or the *98 command was used to exit programming mode during the last programming session. * 99 should always be used to exit the installers programming mode. To regain access to the programming mode, unplug the ac power transformer then disconnect the back up battery. Wait 15 seconds then reconnect the battery and plug in the ac transformer. Press and hold the * and # keys at the keypad within 60 seconds of power up. You should see "20" or "Installer code 20" on display.Be sure to exit using * 99 after correcting the Installers code.
