A flashing power light indicates a system trouble.To discover the cause of the system trouble press * 3 then refer to the guide below, Page 24 of the User's manual also has info available If the FIRE light is lit= fire zone trouble, check for resistor placementIf 1 is lit= low system battery
If 2 is lit= AC power loss
If 3 is lit= Clock time and date not set
If 4 is lit= Communications trouble
If 5 is lit= Bell loop trouble
