Press NEXT until you see Installers Mode, then press OK Enter 9999 when prompted Press NEXT until you see DEFINE PANEL, press OK Now press NEXT until you see 05 ABORT TIME, press OK Now press NEXT until you see 00s, press OK twice, if it is already set to 00s, press OK once Now press AWAY then NEXT until you see DEFINE OUTPUTS, press OK Now press NEXT until you see DEFINE X10, press OK You'll see SET HOUSE CODE, press OK Now use the BACK or NEXT buttons until you see the letter A, then press OK twice Press NEXT so you see DEVICE CODE, press OK CODE 1 appears , press OK ON BY ARMING appears , press NEXT until ON BY MEMORY appears, press OK Press NEXT until BY MEMORY YES is displayed , press OK twice Now press AWAY then OK to exit programming

The dials on the x10 siren should be set to B1 so that it operates correctly. we realize that we programmed the letter A and device 1 but in order for the x10 siren to work , the dials have to be set to B1
