PC5010 - Programming example

 ( The following programming represents the program for a system that did not use the  end of line resistors on the hardwired zones. ) If you did use the resistors, enter 013 6 # instead of what is found below.

This example has a zone list as follows;

Zone 1= Front delay door        (there is a 30 second entry delay and a 90 second exit delay)
Zone 2= Childs Room window
Zone 3= Overhead Garage door (there is a 90 second entry delay and a 90 second exit delay, since the overhead door needs more time to open and close)
Zone 4= not used 
Zone 5= not used
Zone 6= not used
Zone 7= not used
Zone 8= not used

Wireless Zones

Zone 9=  Back door ESN # 2A880A   

Zone 10= Dining room window ESN # 2C450A
Zone 11= Left kitchen window ESN # 2AB80A
Zone 12= Right kitchen window ESN# 2C230A
Zone 13= Family room window  ESN# 2AB90A
Zone 14= Living room window  ESN# 2C430A
Zone 15= Master bedroom back door ESN# 2AB20A
Zone 16= Master bathroom window  ESN# 2C490A
Zone 17= Door from house to garage   ESN#2AC60A
Zone 18= Shed door  ESN# 2C2C0A  

 

Press * 8 5555 996 5555 996

wait 20 seconds then press # #              (this resets the wirelessreceiver)

Press * 8 5555 999 5555 999 (wait until you are kicked out of programming, then the system is reset to factory values) 

Press * 8 5555    ( this enters programming mode)

13 ( go open the family room window, then close it, then repeat, you should hear an audible chirp from the siren) press # 

14 ( go open the living room window, then close it, then repeat, you should hear an audible chirp from the siren) press # 

15 ( go open the master bedroom window, then close it, then repeat, you should hear an audible chirp from the siren) press # 

16 ( go open the master bathroom window, then close it, then repeat, you should hear an audible chirp from the siren) press # 

17 ( go open the interior garage door, then close it, then repeat, you should hear an audible chirp from the siren) press # 

18 ( go open the shed door, then close it, then repeat, you should hear an audible chirp from the siren) press # # #

 

Now lets set time and date

Press * 6 (master code) 1 (military time) (mmdd09) # # #  

To add extra user codes

Press * 5 (master code) 01 (new 4 digit code) (# # to exit) or 02 (new 4 digit code) (# # to exit) or 03 (new 4 digit code) (# # to exit)
