Since you know your user code, you should be able to access the USER SETTINGS section by pressing the NEXT button.Then press the Show/OK button.

The system will ask for the code, enter it and you should then be able to press the NEXT button until you see "SET USER CODES" press the SHOW/OK button.

You'll see USER CODE 1 press the SHOW/OK button to reveal the code, change it by pressing 4 digits such as 1234 then press the SHOW/OK button twice.

You will want to check the other User Codes 2 through 8 to be sure there are no codes assigned.

If you find any, simply enter the same 1234 then ok twice.

When done, press the AWAY key, then press SHOW/OK to exit.

Now you are ready to try to access the Installers mode.

Press the NEXT button until you see " Installers Mode" then press the SHOW/OK button.

The system will prompt you for the code, enter what WAS the User Code 1 If you are successful, you should be at the programming location INSTALLERS CODE, press the OK button then change this back to 9999 Press AWAY then OK to exit, go back to the USER SETTINGs and change the User Code 1 back to what you would like to use everyday.
