To enroll the NX470 as zone 9, for example:

Press * 8 9713 192 # 910 # (exit key) (exit key) wait about 30 seconds and then continue

Press * 8 9713 192 # 594 # 0 * 400 # 9 * (hold the top 2 buttons down at the same time on the nx470) you should hear a ping noise from the keypad confirming enrollment.

Press the Exit key twice and then wait 30 seconds...

Your keyfob should work now.
